About Law & Criminology
Law & Criminology is one of the subject areas published in the Boston Research Journal of Social Sciences & Humanities. It covers constitutional, administrative and labour law, jurisprudence, procedure and the law of evidence, intellectual property, taxation and environmental law, and alternative dispute resolution, alongside criminological work on penology, victimology and forensic science.
Doctrinal analysis, empirical legal research and comparative studies drawing on any jurisdiction are all in scope. Readers include academic lawyers, criminologists, practitioners and policymakers, together with researchers in political science, sociology and public administration.
Objective
The objective of our journal is to provide peer-reviewed, authenticated research papers on various theoretical as well as applied disciplines of Law and Criminology prepared by scholars and researchers all across the world. Our journal does not just concern the field of Law and Criminology but also includes all the scopes that are mildly or completely related to these fields, providing our authors a single platform for all their works.
