Withdrawal is free at any stage before publication.
Withdrawing a Manuscript
Authors may withdraw a manuscript at any stage before publication. To withdraw, the submitting author should email support@bostonresearch.org with the manuscript ID and title. Every withdrawal is confirmed in writing and recorded in the manuscript’s review history.
Charges
There is no charge for withdrawing a manuscript, at any stage and for any reason. Submission and peer review are free, and the article processing charge is due only after acceptance. If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, no charge applies. If the charge has already been paid, it is refunded in full.
After Publication
Once an article is published, withdrawal no longer applies. Corrections and retractions of published articles are handled under our Retraction Policy.
