These services do not affect editorial decisions
Buying language editing or translation does not improve the chance that a manuscript is accepted, and declining them does not harm it. Reviewers do not know whether an author used these services. Every submission is judged on the research alone, by a minimum of two independent reviewers under double-blind review.
